All information about Tulsi Heritage — including floor plans, specifications, pricing, and possession dates — is provided in good faith and is subject to change without prior notice. Images, renders, and visualisations are for representational purposes only. Actual finishes may vary slightly.
Prices are available on request and are subject to change based on market conditions, floor level, and unit availability. A formal booking is only confirmed upon execution of a registered Agreement for Sale and payment of the booking amount as specified in writing.
Atharva Realties facilitates introductions to banking partners (SBI, HDFC, Axis Bank, Bank of Baroda). Loan approval is entirely at the discretion of the respective bank and subject to the applicant's eligibility. We do not guarantee loan approval.
Any personal information submitted through our enquiry forms or WhatsApp is used solely to respond to your enquiries and process your booking. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except our approved banking partners. All communication is handled with complete confidentiality.
Cancellation terms are as specified in the individual Agreement for Sale signed between the buyer and Atharva Realties. Any refund of the booking amount is subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking and applicable deductions as per the agreement.
